Asian Moosic is an Asian MP3 rotation site. By "Asian," I mean mostly Japanese, with some Chinese and Korean pop thrown in here and there. English MP3s might also make an appearance every once and a while. Every other week, an album will be updated, based on popular vote by commenters. I will try to update every weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). However, I have a lot of things going on, so I might not be able to update every week.

Rules and Regs

I am currently NOT taking requests. I don't have that big of a J-pop list, and it's hard for me to find new songs. Therefore, my selection is limited. I would love to be able to take requests, but I don't think I'd be able to fill them, and I don't want to let people down. すみません。
Do not complain about what I have up. If you don't like it, don't download it; but don't waste my time saying "This song sucks." Keep your opinions to yourself, capice? However, positive comments are always welcome.
Comment when you download. Or even if you haven't and just like what I've put up. Comment even if you've only downloaded one song, and say what you downloaded. This way, I know that people are using my journal and what they like. The latter helps me make my selections.

moldau usually updates on Sunday evenings with really good J-pop.

mippas_music has been listening to J-pop forever. So that means she really knows what she's doing.

beatof_angel is run by both Desiree (

kisumaaku) and Jess (

matsudapie). They alternate weekly updates with a wide variety of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese music.

ayunited is a friends-only journal named after the Ayumi Hamasaki song. She posts J-pop, K-pop, C-pop, and American pop as well as a ton of techno/trance (which, for those who don't know, is an awesome genre).

everdrifting was a

zhongwhenmp3 MLJ of the week. Pretty nifty, eh? She updates with Chinese, Japanese, and Korean MP3s about once a week.

elementalism is my newest affiliate! They update with a variety of Asian music, but lately most of it has been Chinese. An awesome journal with cool layouts.
